About Us

M/s Vidwaan Tax & Legal Consultants is a boutique tax litigation and advisory firm based in New Delhi, dedicated to providing comprehensive legal and taxation solutions to individuals, professionals, and business entities across India.

The firm was founded by Ms. Bharti Sharma, Advocate (B.Com. Hons., FCA, LL.B.), along with her elder brother, Mr. Yatish Sharma, Advocate (B.Com., LL.B.).

Ms. Bharti Sharma is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and practicing Advocate with over nine years of professional experience in the field of Direct Tax Litigation and allied corporate laws. She is a member of the Delhi High Court bar Association and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association, Delhi, and has represented clients before various tax and judicial authorities including the Investigation Wing, Assessing Officers, Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, High Court and other quasi-judicial forums.

Before establishing the firm, she practiced under eminent tax counsels and handled complex matters relating to search & seizure proceedings, reassessment, revisionary proceedings, rectification, and international taxation. She has successfully argued several matters before appellate authorities including ITAT, High Court and contributes to professional seminars and articles in the field of taxation law.

Similarly, Mr. Yatish Sharma is a diligent, competent, and highly professional Advocate. He has around 11 years of practical experience as Tax Consultant in the field of Direct Tax and other allied laws. He is also a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association, Delhi.
